Publishers Zone Package - $3,000
The Publishers & Presentation Zone is a dedicated presentation space located near the Exhibit Hall, offering publishers, educational institutions, and tech companies a platform to engage with IPSA delegates and showcase their latest publications, services, and software. Each Congress day, exhibitors benefit from a 45-minute presentation slot in this area (four in total).
Authors and editors can meet with delegates to promote new publications, while companies may demonstrate their latest tools or software. As part of the package, exhibitors may also organize a roundtable or workshop within the Congress program.
The Package includes:
- Exhibition table;
- 45-minute daily presentations (a screen will be provided);
- Opportunity to organize a roundtable or workshop as part of the Congress program;
- Your events will be promoted on the Congress website, our social media accounts, and other communication channels;
- Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations (access to the Exhibition Hall and Congress sessions).
Congress Venue
The 2027 IPSA World Congress will be held from 24-28 July 2027 at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, Italy.

Book your booth by filling out one of the following online forms no later than 1 May 2027.
Payment by Credit Card: Fill out the WC2027 Sponsorship and Exhibition Payment Form to complete your booking.
Payment by Wire Transfer: Fill out the WC2027 Sponsorship and Exhibition Purchase Order Form to receive an automated invoice.
General Information
- Complimentary exhibitor registration gives access to the exhibition and all Congress tracks;
- Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased and will have the same entitlements as above.
Conditions of Payment
- Full payment is required upon confirmation of your Congress partnership item. Failure to do so may result in your Congress partnership item or exhibition being released.
