Sponsorship Packages Include

  • Logo and hyperlink to appear on the Congress website

*Please note that sponsor registration doesn’t allow you to have a role in the Program (e.g. paper presenter, convenor, chair, discussant or roundtable participant).

Printed Congress Program Sponsorship - $3,000

Each registered delegate who orders a printed Congress Program will receive it onsite. The program provides essential information about all the panels and exhibitors and it is usually kept as a reference book after the event.

  • Logo on the cover of the program (subject to printing deadlines, size and placement of logo will be at the discretion of IPSA)
  • Full-page (1) advertisement on the inside back cover (color) of the program book (subject to printing deadline).

Please note: Other partner advertisements will also appear in the Congress Program book. 

Sponsored Panel/Roundtable - $3,000

Organize speaker(s) for a panel/roundtable of your choice for a 1:45 min. session. The package includes the cost of basic AV equipment for up to 200 delegates.

  • Exclusive name rights to your sponsored panel
  • Banner at the entrance to your meeting room*
  • Complimentary registration up to 6 participants
  • Acknowledgement as a sponsor of the panel in the Congress Program

Congress Plenary - $2,500

Align your organization with four Plenary Sessions at the Congress. No other activities will take place during the Plenary.

  • Logo on the screen before the Congress Plenary
  • Banner at the entrance to the meeting room*

World Congress Wi-Fi Sponsorship -  $2,500

As the exclusive Wi-Fi sponsor of the IPSA World Congress at LUISS Guido Carli, your organization will enjoy strong visibility across the venue. Your company’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on on-site signage and featured on the Congress website, ensuring continuous exposure to an international audience.

Contribution to Travel Grants $2,000

Support two (2) travel grants for young scholars from developing and underrepresented countries.

  • Acknowledgement of sponsor at the Closing Ceremony during the distribution of awards
  • Half-page advertisement in the Congress program

Exhibit Hall Coffee Break - $2,000

(per break)

Sponsor a coffee break beside your booth to meet our delegates in the Exhibition Hall (choice of morning or afternoon break).

  • Coffee/tea and pastries for up to 200 people
  • Sponsor banner on site (provided by the sponsor)*
  • Branded coffee cups/sleeves (if provided by the sponsor)

Special Events - $1,500

The opportunity to sponsor Special Events which are program highlights with high audience attendance. Special Events include various innovative events.

Meet the Author/Editor* - $1,500

This special event allows publishing houses to introduce their latest books or publications to delegates. The authors or journal editors will get a chance to present their publications and engage in conversation with participants, followed by a Q&A session.

  • The session will be listed on the Congress program
  • Banner at the entrance to your Congress-partnered speaker session room**

*Up to two (2) speakers taking part in the Meet the Author/Editor will have a complimentary registration for the session.

Display your online banner in IPSA’s welcome email to the WC2027 delegates. Sent one week before the Congress, this email shares essential information and offers early visibility for your organization. This option includes one online banner.

Daily Delegate Email Banner - $800
(2 spots available per message)

Display your online banner in one of IPSA’s daily emails to delegates during the Congress (24–28 July 2027). These daily messages share key information and highlights of the event, offering strong visibility for your organization. This option includes one online banner.
The image should be 1200 (width) x 300 (height) px. (PNG format).

Video Ads - $800

Promote your institution or brand with a 30-second promotional video (mp4 or PPT). It will be presented once each day before the Plenary Sessions.*
*The video should be provided by the advertiser and approved by IPSA.

Newsletter Banner - $800 
(for two months)

Display your banner for two months with hyperlink in IPSA’s monthly newsletter.

The image should be 1200 (width) x 300 (height) px. (PNG format)

Other Opportunities

Pen & Notepad Sponsorship - $2,000

Have your company’s logo on the IPSA World Congress pen and notepads and enjoy a high degree of brand visibility. 
Pen and notepads should be provided by the sponsor and approved by IPSA.

Booking Information and Deadlines

Book your sponsorship items or advertisements by filling out one of the following online forms no later than 1 May 2027.

Conditions of Payment

  • Full payment is required upon confirmation of your Congress partnership or advertisement item. Failure to do so may result in your Congress partnership item or exhibition being released.
