Timeline for Reviewing Paper Abstracts
| 17 NOV 2026 - 01 DEC 2026 |
1st Tier Review | Panel Convenors Deadline for panel convenors to review (accept/reject) paper abstracts submitted to their panel(s). |
| 02 DEC 2026 - 15 DEC 2026 |
2nd Tier Review | Track Chairs Deadline for track chairs to review papers in their track(s). The track chair is responsible for creating panels with good quality paper proposals. |
| 16 DEC 2026 - 13 JAN 2027 |
3rd Tier Review | Program Chairs Final review performed by the program co-chairs of all remaining paper proposals. The program chairs can form panels with good quality papers or place them on existing panels throughout the program. ALL paper abstracts must be reviewed by this date (Accepted or Rejected). |
| 20 JAN 2027 | Accepted panels and papers will be posted online after this date. Email notifications are sent to individuals who submitted a paper proposal with the review status. |
Timeline for Reviewing Panels
| 28 AUG 2026 - 09 SEP 2026 |
1st Tier Review | Track Chairs - Open Panels Deadline to review open panels in all tracks. All provisionally accepted panels will be open to the call for papers. The final revision will need to be performed during the 2nd Tier Review including the submitted paper proposals. |
| 02 DEC 2026 - 15 DEC 2026 |
2nd Tier Review | Track Chairs - All Panels Deadline to review all panels (including previously conditionally accepted panels) in all tracks. |
| 6 DEC 2026 - 13 JAN 2027 |
3rd Tier Review | Program Chairs Final deadline to review any remaining proposed panels and finalize new panels in all tracks. |
| 20 JAN 2027 | Accepted panels will be posted online after this date. Email notifications are sent to panel convenors with the status of their panel. |
